Event Space

Our rental spaces are available year-round and meet a variety of event needs.

We host events that range from receptions, fundraisers, lectures, day-long workshops or off-sites, panels, hackathons, and more. We prioritize events that bring in diverse educational and inspirational perspectives to our membership. We do not host wedding-related events, fashion shows, Greek-life events without an educational focus, or parties for individuals.

Main Event Space

Our 2,500+ square foot first floor event space is a unique and beautiful venue for your upcoming meetup, lecture, hackathon or fundraiser. The room comfortably fits between 50-299 guests, depending on the event layout.

The Main Event Space features 14' exposed wooden ceilings and a stage with a podium and multiple on-stage seating options. It is equipped with a 5,500 lumens projector and 14’ screen, wired microphones, sound system, a registration/information tabling area and stunning reception area.

Our partnership with Bootstrapper Studios allows us to offer clients livestreaming and event recording. Clients work to develop a separate contract to retain Bootstrapper Studio’s services.

Maximum capacity: 80 people for classroom layouts; 200 people for theater layouts; 299 people for reception layouts.

Furniture and additional amenities are applied on top of the hourly rental rate. Please fill out the reservation request form to develop a full price quote, including pricing for day-time and weekend rentals.

The Learning Studio

In partnership with Pinchot University, we offer two beautiful Learning Studios on the 3rd and 4th floor of our building for rental. Identical in size and layout, these rooms are extraordinary places to hold meetings, day-long retreats, workshops or smaller meetups.

Maximum capacity: 35 people for a classroom layout; 50 people for a theater layout.

Rates

The Learning Studios are generally available for weekday, daytime rental. Weekend rentals are approved on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a $50/hour staffing fee (minimum 5-hours), unless you are accompanied by a Full-Time member.

There is a $50 wear and tear charge for groups bringing in food and beverages to the studios.

To manage the high turnover of the Learning Studios, there is a $50 staffing fee per meeting.

Clients are responsible for setting up the room and returning it to it's original configuration. Impact Hub can manage room set-up/clean-up for an additional $100 (recommended for reception-style events).
